On behalf of Dr. Rahul Kulshrestha, Dr. Mackenzie Naylor, myself, and the entire team at Northmount Dental Care, we want you to know we are thinking of you and your loved ones at this time. We consider you all to be valued members of our family.
Our team is doing what we can to flatten the curve! Based on recommendations from our provincial regulatory body (ADA & C), Northmount Dental Care will only be open to support emergency procedures. If you have a dental emergency, please call our office at 403-286-2601 and press 1. However, if you have ANY dental questions or concerns, we are still available for phone consultations and FaceTime (video call) support by calling us at 403-286-2601 and pressing 2, or you can email us at info@northmountdental.com. All appointments that were scheduled for the near future have been put on hold and you will be informed as soon as the office resumes regular operations to reschedule.
During this period of limited operations, we will be monitoring our voicemail and email on a daily basis and will continue to remain on standby for our patients. Moreover, please know that if you have symptoms related to COVID-19, or have tested positive for COVID-19, and have a dental emergency that requires immediate treatment, we are united with a network of dental and surgical teams that have the facilities to treat you. No matter the circumstance, emergency help will be available to you in some capacity.
Also, we understand that these are difficult times. If you have a payment plan with our office, we would be happy to provide assistance. Please contact us if you wish to take advantage of our payment relief program. We are happy to help our patients in any way we can.
Lastly, and most importantly, please take care of yourselves. Dr. K and I have promised each other that we will find time, each day, to step away from the news and social media, and make the most of this time with our family. We hope you will do the same!
