Our team of dentists and hygienists strive to offer exceptional dental care in a comfortable environment to all of our patients. We're always accepting new patients, from children to adults and seniors, and offer dental care for families or individuals. We can't wait to meet you!
If you're concerned about visiting the dentist because it has been a while, or you are worried about your oral health or the condition of your teeth, you're not alone! Many of our new patients share these concerns, but they all leave their first appointment feeling encouraged and well taken care of. A New Patient Comprehensive Exam is a great way to bring back your smile.
Our New Patient Comprehensive Exam is a thorough appointment where we get to know you, listen to your needs, and you also get to meet and learn about us. We'll provide a relaxed, highly personable and comfortable setting, and take the time to provide the care you deserve.
Before coming to our clinic, you may download our New Patient Forms and complete them conveniently at home.
Upon arriving at our clinic you'll be greeted by our warm and welcoming staff. Feel free to get comfortable with a coffee or tea, fruit and a magazine before being taken on a tour of our clinic.
The Administrative Staff will then discuss your personal details with you, review your forms, and can discuss your dental insurance plan with you. They will take the time to answer any questions you may have about your coverage, and yes, we can certainly bill directly to your insurance company!
When Dr. Verma or Dr. Kulshrestha or Dr. Mackenzie meet with you, they will listen to your concerns and needs, and learn about your oral and general health. They will ease any anxieties you may have about visiting the dentist and ensure you feel comfortable. There will also be ample time to answer any questions you may have.
A thorough examination will follow, including:
Following this assessment, Dr. Verma or Dr. Kulshrestha or Dr. Mackenzie will discuss your treatment options with you, and together you will explore any decisions you may need to make. More opportunity will be provided for you to ask questions, and for the dentist to listen to your concerns.
You will be further educated on the state of your mouth and dental health so you can make an informed decision on how to proceed with your dental care. When you're done your appointment, you'll be provided with an informational package about the clinic, items of interest that were discussed, and educational resources to review at home.
By combining education, innovation and highly personalized care, we'll give you the ability to decide on the dental treatment that suits you best.
After your appointment, you'll have all the information you need to assess your options and make the right choices for your dental care.
